Through any major transfer service — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io. When your project starts we send a private upload link, so sharing large files takes minutes, not meetings.
What file types do you accept?+
All standard formats: MP4, MOV, MXF, AVI, ProRes, raw camera files (Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic and more), plus audio in WAV or MP3. If a camera made it, we can cut it.
How long does editing take?+
Most short-form edits are delivered in 24–48 hours. Long-form YouTube videos typically take 2–4 business days depending on length and complexity. Rush delivery is available on request.
Can I request revisions?+
Absolutely. Every package includes revisions, and Professional tier and above include unlimited rounds. You leave timestamped comments; we refine until you're happy to publish.
